    • No Refunds – Exchange Only
      We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions (see below).

    Exchange Policy:

    Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

    • You received the wrong item

    • You received a defective or damaged product

    To be eligible for an exchange:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

    • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

    Exchange requests beyond 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

    Exchange Process:

    • Our team will verify and approve your request if it meets our exchange policy.

    • You will be required to courier the item back to us at your own expense.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.
