The domain name www.arjanafashion is registered in the name of Arjana Fashion which is a registered firm[proprietorship] under the Companies Act 1956. Its registered office is at  23A Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata,India. Arjana Fashion is in the business of selling apparel and other related accessories & retails from online channels.Arjana Fashion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders once placed on the website cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. NO REVERSAL OF PAYMENT,provision of store credit can be done in lieu of an amount processed on the order being requested for cancellation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Arjana FAshion reserves the rights to allow/forbid anyone to reproduce or distribute any content from its’ website. Arjana Fashion also prohibits anyone from further selling the products being sold on the website. The Arjana Fashion by AF logo is a registered trademark of the brand Arjana Fashion & is prohibited from being reproduced or copied.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All our products are handcrafted with immense love and precision. Our products are 100% true to their pictures and description. Therefore we have a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.However, if there is a genuine defect/damage in the received product, a replacement will be offered. Please note: There might be slight variation color tones due to the manual dyeing process , mosltly two sarees in same ombre work are not same due to the manual process.any bleeding or muddying of colors is not consider as defect in ombre fabricuneven woven fabric , or extra thread woven in fabric is not count as defect. What is defect: Any hole , torn fabric, spot or stainProducts which are on sale are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange. In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product.Since We keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available,at all times if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.A product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is any issue.

International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping ChargesShipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order

2. Shipping DestinationsWe offer international shipping to select countries. The list of eligible shipping destinations may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Shipping MethodsWe utilize various shipping carriers and methods to deliver your order internationally. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

4. Customs Duties and TaxesCustoms duties, taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. By placing an order for international shipping, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable customs regulations and bear all associated costs.From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers.

5. Customs ClearanceCustoms clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delays in the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes.

6. Shipping Restrictions Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to regulatory or logistical reasons. We reserve the right to refuse international shipping for any product at our discretion.

7. Order TrackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the origin country.

8. Delivery IssuesIn the event of delivery issues, including but not limited to lost or damaged shipments, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. The shipping time for international shipments is 3 weeks.

9. Returns and ExchangesInternational orders are subject to our standard return and exchange policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility, process, and conditions.
